At GIG we have created a holistic Wellbeing programme to support employees throughout the employee life cycle.  We understand the importance of physical activity, good nutrition and the impact of finance, family and mental wellbeing in our day to day lives.  In an effort to promote health and wellbeing amongst GIG Gulf employees in a holistic approach, employees at GIG have access to the GIG Wellbeing for Employees programme.  

The programme focuses on four pillars: Physical, Mental, Financial and Family Wellbeing.  As part of the programme, we offer a number of various talks, activities and educational information to support these four pillars.
