We recognise the significance of supporting the career development of Emiratis, and to achieve this objective, we provide two distinct pathways within our Emiratisation Program:


Student Scholarship Program:

In partnership with UAE Government Universities, GIG Gulf has established the GIG Gulf Scholarship for the 2022-2023 school year. This program provides valuable assistance to students pursuing undergraduate degrees in various business, engineering, and information technology fields.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible to apply for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • UAE National with a family book.
  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a college or university of the UAE Government.
  • Intent to be enrolled in or accepted as a full-time student at a university in the United States for the 2023-2024 academic year.
  • Maintain a strong academic performance with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Graduation year not exceeding 2028.

Empowering UAE Nationals


GIG Leadership Program:

Aligned with the UAE Government's commitment to developing national leadership, GIG Gulf actively participates in the leadership program endorsed by the Central Bank of the UAE. Participants in this program benefit from GIG product knowledge training, negotiation skills development, and the opportunity to earn prestigious certifications such as the CII diploma certificate. They also have the chance to participate in the "EIF & Oxford University Leadership Development Programme" in London if accepted by EIF.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible to apply for the program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • UAE Nationals with a family book
  • At least two years of work experience in the insurance sector
  • Holding at least one insurance certificate
  • Fall within the age range of 25 to 35 years.
